MTA is holding, for the second year, the chance to enter the IFMA World Virtual Championships as part of the Australian team. This year there wil be six categories - Max Fit, Shadow Box, Wai Kru, Shadow Referee, Mai Muay and Youth Ambassador.
MAX FIT: Competitors will perform a set criteria over 3 rounds focusing on athlete's strength, power, repetitions and stamina.
SHADOW BOX: Demonstrate your skill over 3 rounds showing your Muaythai technique in both defence and offence. Criteria includes speed, defence and countering techniques.
WAI KRU: The Wai Kru is performed to show respect and gratitude from athlete to coach, competitor's have the opportunity to showcase the strong traditions Muaythai has upheld.
SHADOW REFEREE: Referees have the chance this year to show their skill by recreating ring scenarios and fulfilling the criteria that is required in the rules.
MAI MUAY: Competitor's submit a choreographed demonstration showing the essential art forms of traditional Muaythai.
YOUTH AMBASSADOR: In this category our youth have the chance to show their leadership qualities and represent the sport of Muaythai, by conveying messages of friendship, solidarity, peace and unity.

Video Submissions: Must have your name, age and the category you are entering (Eg. Yolanda Schmidt, Senior, Wai Kru). If under 18 parents are to sign the event waiver.
